    Great tools, Alyssa!

    My recent favorites include:

Evernote, which I use on my desktop and phone for making notes and lists. I can even clip photos or text from a web or take a picture and upload to a note. My shopping list, among other things, is always up to date and I always have it with me on my phone!

Meetways.com, which finds the midpoint between two addresses; I used it to plan a meeting with a long-distance client so we would each only have to drive half way. It also tells you where the nearest coffee shops are (or pizza places or whatever you want) for a meeting location.

If you’d like a tool for managing your time and projects, you can use this web-application inspired by David Allen’s GTD:

    http://www.Gtdagenda.com

You can use it to manage and prioritize your goals, projects and tasks, set next actions and contexts, use checklists, schedules and a calendar.
Comes with a mobile version too, and with an Android app.
